HOCKET piano duo (Sarah Gibson and Thomas Kotcheff) present Strange Aeons, a program of music that journeys beyond our world. Creatures and beings from the paranormal to an exploration of the universe are all examined in this exciting program for piano four-hands and two pianos. This program features four world premieres by A.J. McCaffrey (Piano Spheres commission) and HOCKET members Sarah Gibson and Thomas Kotcheff as well as George Crumb’s 1979 masterpiece Celestial Mechanics (Makrokosmos Vol. IV)
